This EULA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Eleat’s software and services to manage your restaurant profile and interact with potential customers.
This license is contingent upon your compliance with the terms outlined in this EULA.
2. Content Licensing
You grant Eleat a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use content you submit for operating, promoting, and improving services.
This includes the right to sublicense content to Eleat affiliates and service providers.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Eleat’s services or related servers and networks.
Copying, modifying, republishing, installing, or distributing any content from the services, including graphics, text, or code, is strictly prohibited.
4. Termination
This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or Eleat.
Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you violate any provision of this EULA.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Eleat provides services “as is” without any warranty or condition, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We specifically disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eleat and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services or this EULA.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Eleat, and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, demands, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this EULA, or violation of law or third-party rights.
8. General Provisions
This EULA, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, represents the entire agreement between you and Eleat regarding the services.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
