By registering and using Eleat's services, including website and mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern your access to and use of Eleat's services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Eleat.
2. Service Description
Eleat provides a digital platform allowing restaurateurs to showcase their restaurants.
Features include uploading and managing profiles, menus for specials, daily deals, happy hour offerings, and marketing via Eleat-appointed influencers.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
You must create and maintain an account to use Eleat’s services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
4. Content Management and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
You grant Eleat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any media.
This includes promotional materials, photos, menus, and other restaurant-related content.
5. Usage of Eleat’s Marketing Services
Eleat may use designated influencers to promote your restaurant on social media platforms.
You grant Eleat the right to use your restaurant’s name, logo, and related trademarks in connection with such marketing services.
6. Payment Obligations
Subscription and marketing service fees are processed via Helcim.
You agree to pay all applicable fees as specified during the subscription or service request.
Eleat may modify fees with prior notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the services for unlawful purposes or to disrupt Eleat’s systems.
Prohibited conduct includes gaining unauthorized access, hacking, password mining, or attempting to disable or overload the system.
8. Termination and Suspension
Eleat may suspend or terminate your account for violation of terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All access to services ceases immediately upon termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Alberta, Canada law.
The arbitration will take place in Alberta, and its decision will be final and binding.
10. Modifications to Terms
Eleat may modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect, as determined by Eleat.
